Living with fibromyalgia for many years has taught me the true power of nourishing the body with intention. Through healthier eating, balanced habits, and simple mindset shifts, I’ve learned how to support my well-being—and now I’m passionate about helping others feel their best too. I’m here to share guidance, encouragement, and practical steps for building a healthier, more vibrant life.

I believe that small, consistent actions can transform how we feel every day. My own journey inspired me to explore nutrition deeply and create a lifestyle that truly supports my health. Now I’m committed to walking alongside others on their path—one achievable step at a time.

My background in early years education, and later in teaching early years practitioners, has given me a strong understanding of how important good habits are—especially when formed early in life. But it is never too late to start. Simple food swaps, and new habits , such as a short walk after brushing your teeth, in the morning or adding gentle activity to your morning routine can all lead to meaningful change.

As a qualified nutrition coach with specialist training, in a number of areas, I can support you in building healthier habits, reaching weight goals, improving your child’s nutrition, supporting older adults with meal plans and navigating life with fibromyalgia through better food choices. I’m not a dietician or a GP, and I won’t diagnose medical conditions, change your medications, set unrealistic expectations or encourage the purchase of expensive dietary supplements. What I will do is offer practical guidance, create personalised, agreed and achievable daily/weekly meal plans, suggest helpful food swaps, and be the supportive, encouraging partner you can rely on as you work toward your goals.
